Originally from Oslo, Norway, Hannah re-rooted in the US. Luke Freeman is a seasoned leader, consultant, and executive coach with more than 20 years of experience in guiding individuals and organizations towards achieving their full potential. As a Principal at Purpose & Performance Group, Luke brings a deep understanding of human behavior and organizational dynamics to his work with clients. He is a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, entrepreneurs, and high-performing teams across a wide range of industries.
Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Luke is known for his ability to connect with people at all levels of an organization and build strong relationships based on trust and mutual respect. He has a passion for helping individuals and teams develop their leadership skills, improve their communication, and enhance their overall performance. Luke is also an experienced facilitator and speaker and has presented on a range of topics related to leadership, team development, and organizational culture.

With nearly two decades of leadership and management experience in the business and educational arenas, Stephanie active consultant, coach and training specialist working in a variety of industries including but not limited to marketing, technology, pharmaceutical consulting, public relations, education, gaming hospitality, tribal-owned businesses and tribal government, retail, nonprofit, healthcare, and with dozens of entrepreneurs running their own show.
Stephanie designs and delivers onsite and virtual leadership, management and workforce development training with the intention of developing purpose-driven leaders who are committed to developing the potential of individuals and teams. She has trained thousands of leaders and managers in the art and science of coaching for performance and development. With a passion for coaching, she has performed thousands of hours delivering leadership, team and executive coaching.
Stephanie received her professional coaching certification from New York University, and is also certified at the ACC level with the International Coaching Federation. She holds a BS in counseling and a Masters in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
