Chris is armed with an undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University and a master’s degree in organizational development from the University of Oklahoma. He has extensive experience in leadership, project management, product and brand development, and operational execution. Chris is the co-host of the weekly “Magic In The Room” where he attempts to tackle the toughest challenges of leadership and explore the wildest possible solutions. Chris is a PMI certified Project Management Professional and certified Maxwell Leadership facilitator, speaker, and coach. A member of the Cherokee Nation, Chris lives in Bixby, Oklahoma, where he's always up for an adventure with his three kids and his partner in crime, Megan.

With a focus on leveraging science to create more human organizations, Hannah combines her educational background in organizational psychology and NeuroLeadership with over two decades of industry experience and a natural ability to let others feel genuinely seen and valued.  

Hannah’s personal purpose is to bring out greatness in people, so she aims to amplify her clients’ strategies, strengths, and success. She is passionate about cultivating more adaptive, resilient, and inclusive company cultures, where leaders at all levels understand the power of belonging and human connection. 

Originally from Oslo, Norway, Hannah re-rooted in the US. She earned her undergraduate degree in Organizational & Interpersonal Communication and studied Organizational Psychology at the graduate level. She holds a Certificate in the Foundations of NeuroLeadership from the NeuroLeadership Institute. Hannah loves a good adventure, whether it be in the great outdoors or traveling internationally. She lives and thrives in beautiful Big Sky, Montana.

Luke Freeman is a seasoned leader, consultant, and executive coach with more than 20 years of experience in guiding individuals and organizations towards achieving their full potential. As a Principal at Purpose & Performance Group, Luke brings a deep understanding of human behavior and organizational dynamics to his work with clients. He is a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, entrepreneurs, and high-performing teams across a wide range of industries. 

Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Luke is known for his ability to connect with people at all levels of an organization and build strong relationships based on trust and mutual respect. He has a passion for helping individuals and teams develop their leadership skills, improve their communication, and enhance their overall performance. Luke is also an experienced facilitator and speaker and has presented on a range of topics related to leadership, team development, and organizational culture. 

Prior to joining Purpose & Performance Group, Luke held leadership roles in both the corporate and non-profit sectors, giving him a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing today's organizations. He holds a master's degree in organizational dynamics from the University of Oklahoma.

With nearly two decades of leadership and management experience in the business and educational arenas, Stephanie active consultant, coach and training specialist working in a variety of industries including but not limited to marketing, technology, pharmaceutical consulting, public relations, education, gaming hospitality, tribal-owned businesses and tribal government, retail, nonprofit, healthcare, and with dozens of entrepreneurs running their own show. 

Stephanie designs and delivers onsite and virtual leadership, management and workforce development training with the intention of developing purpose-driven leaders who are committed to developing the potential of individuals and teams. She has trained thousands of leaders and managers in the art and science of coaching for performance and development. With a passion for coaching, she has performed thousands of hours delivering leadership, team and executive coaching.  

Stephanie received her professional coaching certification from New York University, and is also certified at the ACC level with the International Coaching Federation. She holds a BS in counseling and a Masters in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
