Nicole has committed the last several years to empowering Account Executives to articulate “What Matters Most” while mastering mindset and daily practice to achieve sustainable performance at the highest level.

As a Business Development and Community Relations Partner, Nicole is increasing brand visibility and aligning new Client Partners with strategic solutions. She co-creates processes, collaboration, integrated learning and bold action to move projects and organizations forward.

She is passionate about leading by example and actively engaging in her own development to inspire others. Several times a year, you can find her on a team, leading international retreats for women at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health (Berkshire Mountains, MA) and 1440 Multiversity (Scotts Valley, CA). Nicole also leads Women’s Circles on the Transformative Power of Self-Care and Leading from the Inside Out.

Nicole, her husband Shaw and their 3 children are based in Austin, TX. She is deeply restored by time in nature/mountains, dancing, singing and celebrating others.
