Ben started his career as a graphic designer, where he learned that the first step to solving a problem is to define the problem. He has over 15 years of experience designing and executing solutions in a wide range of contexts, including marketing, program evaluation, program development, media production, project management, and event planning. Ben’s work focuses on collecting the data needed to understand a problem, clarifying that data to find the best solution, and building a plan to ensure effective execution.

Ben wants other people to succeed and flourish. He approaches every project assuming that each stakeholder has skills, knowledge, and ability critical to the success of the solution. Ben specializes in asking the right questions to uncover unique solutions that enable others to act so they can be their true selves.

Ben completed his graduate work in Organizational Leadership at Eastern University.
