 The rise of nihilism, the rejection of all moral principles, or the belief that life is meaningless can be challenging to discuss. However, if we are going to be Intentional Leaders, we must be willing to notice changes in the world around us. The good news is that once we see nihilism, we can use the principles of hope to bring about change in ourselves and our organizations.
